01Project Overview

MySatnusa Enterprise is a full-scale internal web platform built for PT. Satnusa Group, a multi-branch distribution company. The goal was to replace fragmented spreadsheet workflows with a unified, role-based dashboard that enables teams to track inventory, manage human resources, generate financial reports, and monitor KPIs in real-time. We designed the entire product from scratch — from user research and wireframing to pixel-perfect UI and production deployment.

02The Challenge

The client was managing operations across 6 branches using a patchwork of Excel sheets and WhatsApp messages, leading to data inconsistencies, delays, and human error. They needed a centralized platform that could scale with their growth.

03Our Solution

We built a modular, role-based dashboard with separate views for Admins, Managers, and Staff. Real-time sync was achieved using server-sent events, and the system was architected to handle thousands of daily transactions without performance degradation.
